Jacobs Sheldon F. age 64 of Medina. Preceded in death by parents, Samuel & Rose Jacobs and brother-in-law Donald Yablonsky. Survived by brother, Irwin (Alex) Jacobs; sisters, Elaine Yablonsky and Sharon (Seymour) Milavitz; many loving nieces and nephews and special loving niece Lisa Yablonsky Mottla and long time friend Lyle Berman. Memorial service WEDNESDAY 2 PM TEMPLE ISRAEL, 2324 Emerson Ave. So., Minneapolis. Memorials are preferred to the Samuel & Rose Jacobs Foundation at Temple Israel or the Rose Jacobs Employee Healthcare Fund at Sholom Home West. SHIVA 3823 Linden Drive East, Medina, Wednesday at 7:30PM.
